When you’re working towards certain goals throughout the year, going into the holiday season can be overwhelming and intimidating. You begin to think about your busy schedule, big meals and the difficulty to prioritize your health and fitness. And that’s when the doubt and guilt begins to set in. But you know what? This year we’re deciding to focus on our health and fitness and challenge ourselves before the holiday season to leave all the bad energy in 2020 (rightfully so).
