Please note we have four classes of goods and or services provided via the Site. As such the below provisions apply to the corresponding item or service purchased by you.
We're so bummed things didn't work out for you, but the good news is you have 30 days to return your item(s). To qualify for a merchandise refund, you must comply with the following:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging.
- Items returned must be unworn, unwashed. No stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
You may also exchange your items for a different size if the above are criteria are met.
All Sale items are final sale, no returns will be honored for these items.
GROWN STRONG will provide pre-paid return labels if your purchase qualifies for return or exchange if the above criteria are met. To obtain a label please reach out to us at [email protected] with the Subject of RETURNS/EXCHANGE.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] for assistance.
All digital products and downloads are final sale and non-refundable. In the event there is a purchase or download error please email us at [email protected]. Please note the Intellectual Property section of this terms applies to all digital products. Any violation of these terms is an actionable offense and a violation of state and federal law.
You will choose a month to month billing plan, an annual billing plan, or a Lifetime Membership based on your preference.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] All plans will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period if not cancelled as follows: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription plan.
If you cancel after the month or year’s billing cycle has passed, you will not receive a refund for that month or any portion of the year, but you will be removed from the following billing cycle.
All LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP purchases are non-refundable.
If any supplement's seal is broken, opened or altered we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges. Products that remain unopened are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
