For today's 1% Better Challenge we have an AB workout! You will be attacking some abs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday's, so get ready. Below you'll find your first ab workout!
Rotate stations every minute for 10 minutes (5 sets)
Station 1
30-45 seconds triple crunches
Station 2
30-45 seconds plank jacks
Rest remaining time of each set
