GSMOVE | Fitness On the Go
As the name suggests, GSMOVE is designed for when you're on the “move”. Perfect for anyone short on time or who prefers minimal equipment, this program offers quick, effective workouts of 30 minutes or less using just bodyweight or dumbbells.
Whether you're a beginner or simply looking for quick, effective sessions, GSMOVE is a a simple yet impactful program to follow, that fits seamlessly into any schedule. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this program helps you stay active and on track.
GSFIT | A Balanced Approach to Fitness
GSFIT is a versatile, three part program designed for those who love the intensity of CrossFit but want to keep health, family, and time a priority. It's perfect for individuals who enjoy CrossFit-style workouts but are not interested in advanced, complex movements that carry a higher risk of injury. This program keeps things challenging yet approachable, with modifications for all levels.
Expect a mix of cardio, gymnastics, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting, all structured within a 60-minute session. GSFIT requires access to a fully equipped fitness gym, making it ideal for those who want a little bit of everything in their training.
GSLIFT | Calling all lifting lovers!
This program is designed for those who want to focus solely on strength and power, particularly in the dynamic Olympic weightlifting movements, the snatch and clean & jerk. With little to no conditioning, GSLIFT is all about building muscles and perfecting technique.
Expect a daily 60-minute sessions featuring Olympic lifting, plus additional strength and accessory work to help you hit new PRs. A barbell and weights suited to your strength level are required to follow this program.
GSHYBRID | A New Take on Strength and Conditioning!
GSHYBRID is a balanced fusion of strength and conditioning, offering a fresh and varied approach to your fitness routine. The program includes daily 60-minute sessions that combine straightforward strength work with conditioning, designed to help you make consistent progress.
Whether you're looking to build power or boost stamina, GSHYBRID provides a new perspective on reaching your fitness goals in a simpler alternative to GSFIT, but still delivers powerful results.
We understand that everyone has different goals. That's why we offer 10+ additional programs (and counting) that focus on specific areas of fitness. We call these GSSpecialty as they are working on specific aspects of your fitness.
Whether you're looking to improve your Snatch, become a better runner, hone your gymnastics, or anything in between, we've got you covered!

We use functional weight training mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Additionally we have 10+ specialty programs that specializes in different areas of fitness. It ranges from running, to olympic weightlifting, to yoga, to many more.
In other words, the ultimate fitness program designed to build muscle and burn fat while achieving overall better health.
We have a program for you no matter what equipment you have available.
Ideally you should have access to least a pair of dumbbells as weight training is hard when just bodyweight. However, all of our programs comes with modifications and can easily be scaled to fit what you have available.
Our programs follow a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off for a total of 5 training days per week.
However, it's important to understand that you do NOT have to train 5 times per week to see results! Aim for 3 sessions per week and anything above that is a bonus.
We offer programs ranging from 20-60 minutes per session. You'll have access to all of our programs and can easily choose what fits your schedule best.
YES! We create our programs so you can easily jump between programs depending on your schedule. In fact we encourage you to do so. Fitness is not supposed to get in the way of your daily life, instead it's a part of it. Our programs are flexible so you can easily switch when needed.
Our workouts are programmed with our in-house expert coaches.
A Grown Strong programs will be renewed and charged for another billing cycle automatically. You will NOT need to purchase another membership.
