Furthermore Grown Strong also ships to other parts of the world whenever our fulfillment center is able to do so. Check the website to see if we ship to your country.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Please note we have four classes of goods and or services provided via the Site. As such the below provisions apply to the corresponding item or service purchased by you.
Apparel
We're so bummed things didn't work out for you, but the good news is you have 30 days to return your item(s). To qualify for a merchandise refund, you must comply with the following:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging.
- Items returned must be unworn, unwashed. No stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
You may also exchange your items for a different size if the above are criteria are met.
All Sale items are final sale, no returns will be honored for these items.
Grown Strong will provide a pre-paid return label for all returns and exchanges for US customers. Please email us at hello@grownstrong.com with the Subject of RETURNS/EXCHANGE to obtain your label.
For all customers outside United States the customer is responsible to pay for returns and exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@grownstrong.com for assistance.
Digital Products
All digital products and downloads are final sale and non-refundable. In the event there is a purchase or download error please email us at hello@grownstrong.com. Please note the Intellectual Property section of this terms applies to all digital products. Any violation of these terms is an actionable offense and a violation of state and federal law.
Fitness Program
We offer different tiers of membership options and subject to change from time to time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@grownstrong.com. All plans will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period if not cancelled as follows: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription plan.
If you cancel after the month or year’s billing cycle has passed, you will not receive a refund for that month or any portion of the year, but you will be removed from the following billing cycle.
All LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP purchases are non-refundable.
Supplements
If any supplement's seal is broken, opened or altered we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges. Products that remain unopened are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. If you have extenuating circumstances, or had a negative reaction to our supplement products please contact us immediately at hello@grownstrong.com
