WHAT STYLE TRAINING IS USED?
FIVE PROGRAMS. ONE PRICE.
We use a combination of bodybuilding, functional lifting mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). In other words, the ultimate functional fitness program designed to build muscle and burn fat.
On workout days you can choose to follow 1 of 5 different workouts each requiring different amounts of time, energy, and equipment.
WHAT ARE THE SIX TYPES OF WORKOUTS?
GS20 | BODYWEIGHT & DUMBBELLS
Mainly bodyweight high-energy conditioning training. GS20 Workouts typically only takes 20 minutes to complete and always incorporate simple yet potent movements.
Combines bodyweight, running, jumping, lunging and light weights for each workout. These workouts will improve athlete’s conditioning regardless of skill level and can be performed in nearly anywhere with little to no equipment.
GS20 is the perfect option if you are focusing on your conditioning, need a quick workout, just getting started, or on the road.
GS40 | DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS & BARBELLS
Our GS40 Workouts typically last 40 minutes and are specifically designed to be performed with limited equipment and limited space.
Mix full-body, push x pull, and sprint x sweat formats to deliver a the perfect burn. These workouts will always challenge you to push yourself through the burn!
Workouts for GS40 involve simple equipment and can be performed almost anywhere -- at the gym, at home, or on the road.
GS60 | A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING
An incredibly diverse program, you will literally train everything to be prepared for anything. GS60 Workouts are designed on a 60 minute timeline and requires access to a fully functional fitness gym.
Movements will include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. This is functional training at it’s best -- the absolute best and most practical workout out there.
GS60 is all about being well-rounded and preparing for whatever life throws your way.
GS80 | COMPETITOR'S TRACK
Become faster, stronger, better conditioned, better skilled, and better prepared. GS80 workouts are designed to be completed in a 80 minute window and requires access to a fully functional fitness gym.
A carefully balanced combination of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor. This competitive programming track is designed with the more advanced athlete in mind. However, scalable for most levels.
GS80 produces a well-rounded and well-prepared athlete, ready to tackle an advanced lifestyle at any time during the year.
GSOLY | OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Develop more strength and better technique within the two Olympic weightlifting movements: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. GSOLY Workouts typically last anywhere from 30-45 minutes and are specifically designed for all skill levels
GSOLY workouts are based on percentages so anyone from beginner to intermediate will benefit greatly from this program.
GSElite | Athletes
Push your fitness to the absolute limit with GSElite. In collaboration with The Training Plan, we’ve put together an advanced type of training program designed for the highly fitness enthused modern day woman.
This program is following our founder Lauren Fisher as she's training to compete at the highest level in the sport of CrossFit. You'll be tested in all areas of fitness, just like the elite. Get a taste of what it feels like to train and compete at the highset level.
GSElite is only for the well trainined athlete with multiple years of fitness experience. You'll be recieving 5 full sessions a week at roughly 2 hours in legnth plus 1 additional active recovery workout.
HOW MANY DIFFERENT WORKOUT OPTIONS DO I GET TO CHOOSE FROM?
On workout days you can choose to follow 1 of 5 different workouts each requiring different amounts of time, energy, and equipment.
25 workouts, 5 workout days, and 2 rest days.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION
GS20 | 20 Minutes
Workouts typically last around 20 minutes and always incorporate simple yet potent movements.
GS40 | 40 Minutes
Workouts typically last around 40 minutes and are specifically designed to be performed with limited equipment and limited space.
GS60 | 60 Minutes
Workouts are designed on a 60 minute timeline and requires access to a proper fitness gym.
GS80 | 80 Minutes
Workouts are designed to be completed in a 80 minute window and requires access to a fully functional fitness gym.
GSOLY | 30-45 Minutes
Workouts typically last anywhere from 30-45 minutes and are specifically designed for all skill levels with interest in Olympic Weightlifting.
GSElite | 120 Minutes
Workouts varies but can last up to 120 minutes and typically no less than 90 minutes. Meant only for advanced athletes!
WHAT IF I CAN'T WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK?
4 or 5 sessions a week is ideal but not required. Work based on your energy levels & time. Consistency is key!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
Email us at hello@grownstrong.com and we’ll cancel your membership.
Once you send in your cancellation request, you will soon receive a confirmation email that your account has been deactivated. You can only cancel your membership by sending in a request.
