WHERE TO BEGIN?
If you are just getting started then WELCOME! We're excited to take you on a 7 week nutrition journey where we'll help and guide you all the way throughout.
We've broken our course up into 7 different segments, one for each week. We'll teach you basic stuff to start, then give you some homework for the week and then we'll move on to the next segment.
All 7 weeks are not locked and if you feel like moving through it quicker then go ahead. However, it was build and intended to be one segment a week.
