We wanted to make this challenge something that was accessible to everyone. The serving size templates are a starting point and just as all templates, should be used as a guideline, not a rule. We will talk about using biofeedback and reassess each week to determine if there needs to be any adjustments to match YOUR needs. *NOTE: This is not macronutrient based, meaning there are not daily target macronutrients you can just plug into an app for this challenge. This is based on a Zone-style type of approach, and when the templates were created, these variances in macronutrients and food sources were taken into account.
