WHY YOU SHOULD SWEAT EVERY DAY

Sweating plays an important role in expelling heavy metals like mercury and lead. We want to make it a priority to flush out any toxins that may come into the body, so make it your mission to get a sweat on at least once a day!

Getting a sweat is one of the best recovery sources for the body. Sweating boosts blood circulation and helps flush out all that lactic acid.
