INGREDIENTS
1 Trader Joe’s lavash bread
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 oz Trader Joe’s Lite Mozzarella Cheese
5 oz Easy Pulled BBQ Chicken
1 oz pineapple tidbits
.5 oz jalapeno, thinly sliced
.5 oz red onion, thinly sliced
.5 oz green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar free bbq sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place Lavash bread. Spread pizza sauce, leaving 1 inch border around all sides. Sprinkle cheese and remaining toppings. Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes, the cheese should be melted and edges slightly crispy.
