Easy Beef Bulgogi

INGREDIENTS
1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or chuck)
½ cup water
½ korean pear
½ kiwi
¼ cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ knob ginger, about 1 tablespoon
5 cloves garlic
1-2 tablespoons avocado oil
Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine water, pear, kiwi, coconut aminos, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Blend until smooth, and pour over beef to marinade in a gallon-sized zip lock. Place in the fridge and marinade for at least 1 hour.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Add marinated beef and cook until beef is fully cooked, about 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and serve with white rice and lettuce.
