Instant Pot Pulled BBQ Chicken

Quick and easy BBQ pulled chicken!
*Serving size is 5 oz of chicken
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon avocado oil
½ cup apple juice
½ cup sugar free bbq sauce
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine chicken, salt, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir to coat and set aside.
Set instant pot’s saute function to high. Once hot, add avocado oil and add chicken. Cooking 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add apple juice and bbq sauce and move the chicken around to get liquid to the bottom of the pot. Seal and pressure cook for 6 minutes on high with quick release pressure.
Once finished, transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish and shred. Top with 1 cup of bbq liquid.
Turn the oven on broil, broil for 5 minutes for crispy edges and enjoy!
